The PRMR (Planning Reserve Margin Requirement) represents the number of Zonal Resource Credits (ZRCs) a Load Serving Entity (LSE) needs to meet its Resource Adequacy Requirements (RAR). These requirements are set to ensure LSEs have sufficient planning resources to reliably serve their forecasted load.
